Oral surgery may be considered either a surgical or medical issue, and in many cases is covered by your medical health insurance when performed by a specialist.

To help us confirm your coverage and assist with pre-approval for your treatment, please provide your insurance details — including your insurer and policy number — at the time of your consultation.

• All of our specialists are affiliated providers for Southern Cross Healthcare and NIB Health Partners.

• We are also preferred providers for all other health insurance providers in New Zealand.

• Our dedicated insurance administrator can guide you through the specific process required by each provider, as these processes may vary.

• Payment for your surgery is requested at the time of your procedure.

• We will ask you to provide a copy of your pre-approval before your surgery.

• If pre-approval is not available at the time of your procedure, payment will be required, and you may submit a claim to your insurer for reimbursement.
